Autumn Leaves and Snow Capped Peaks

With the beautiful autumn leaves all around us and the mountain peaks capped with snow it is time to start eating like it is fall. I always like to get my seasonal dose of apples and pears and lots of roasted roots in the fall so this post is dedicated to recipes with apples and various roasted roots with other ingredients in your box.
